Description

POLISTAR-TUBE consists of 6 multi-layered coated abrasive stars riveted together. They are designed specifically for working on the inner surfaces of pipes and pipe bends.

Engineered for use in pipes and pipe bends.

Dia: 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm

Abrasive Type: Aluminium Oxide

Grits: 60, 120, 180, 240, 320

Materials that can be worked:

• Aluminium
• Hardened, heat-treated steels over 1,200 N/mm2 (over 38 HRC)
• Grey/nodular cast iron (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS)
• Copper
• Other non-ferrous metals
• Soft non-ferrous metal
• Brass
• Steels up to 1,200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC)
• Steel materials with a hardness over 54 HRC
• Steel, cast steel
• Annealed cast iron
