Description
Felt spindle mounted points come in a wide range of shapes and sizes to suit different applications. Precision retention of shapes due to the hardness of these tools is a key benefit. Felt tools are used in combination with diamond polishing pastes and polishing paste bars.
Felt points are available with a metal inlay for increase stock removal when pre-polishing or without metal inlay for predominantly high-gloss polishing
Shapes:
- Cylindrical mainly used peripherally
- Conical pointed used for work on radii and contours
- Conical for work on radii
- Cylindrical with radius end for work on small, concave contours
- Oval mainly for small radii
- Tapered for work on interior angles
Shank sizes: 2.3mm, 3mm, 6mm
Hardness: Medium, Hard, Metal Inlay
